The Consular Office at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Washington has resumed the acceptance of applications for student visas since September 1st 2020. We also continue to accept visa applications from family members (spouses, children up to 18 years old) of Bulgarian citizens, as well as from holders of official and diplomatic passports.
