On February 27th, 2018, the book “Peacemakers: American Leadership and the End of Genocide in the Balkans” by James Pardew, former US Ambassador to Bulgaria (2002-2005), was presented at the Embassy of Bulgaria.
The book represents a comprehensive history of multilateral intervention in the Balkans from 1995 to 2008, by a senior US official directly involved in the process of resolution of the crises.
