Ambassador Tihomir Stoytchev was a Guest of Honor at the 25th Anniversary Red, Heart and Soul Gala where he presented the 2019 William H. Lauer Legacy Award to Mr. Darren Bernstein from Bernstein Management, a longtime supporter of the Devotion to Children Foundation.
The event was under the auspices of Senator Mark Warner from Virginia. Devotion to Children is a non-profit organization that is providing access to educational and childcare programs for children from economically disadvantaged families.
