To apply for a new Document (Passports, ID cards, Drivers Licenses, and Temporary passports for return to Bulgaria), all you need is to send to our Consular Office:

a written and signed request and a stamped self-addressed envelope for return postage. You may use the same request/envelope for several applicants.
